So... Having a showcase of the current hottest songs is great and to have the whole artists list of ringtones show instead of just the one is convenient. I like how you can easily swipe away the artist/song name instead of tapping it and manually deleting each letter. The only thing that is making this app look bad, I dont know if anyone else has the problem, but after tapping the album cover to hear the ringtone and seeing the buffering finish, nothing plays. I have to then tap the album two times to I guess stop what isnt really playing then buffer it up again, THEN it plays. But very decent overall, I take too long when I make my own ringtones so I dont even bother, so in my case this is a good app, which can be great when bugs are fixed! Thanks.
Since becoming an iOSer about a year and a half ago, I would have to say that presently Klingelring is the best ringtone customization solution out there.
The selection of ringtones seems inexhaustible and the download process seamless.
After being spoiled by the ability to turn any audio file into a ringtone on my Blackberry through a few simple clicks, I am still trying to get over the annoyance of having to sync with iTunes whenever adding ringtones to my phone (no matter what app Im using). Not your issue I know; just venting.
In addressing the one star-short- of-a-five-star review, I would be remiss if I did not address the constant crashing that occurs wwwaaaayyyy too often. If it were not for the seemingly infinit abundance of song selections which have allowed me to download pretty much whatever I want, I would have deleted this app after about three minutes (as has been the response of some of my fellow reviewers).
You guys have come up with a winner, iron out the bugs and Ill have a shiny gold star waiting for ya!

Very Nice Variety Of Songs To Choose From. Pleased That You Can Put In The Artist Name & Not Just The Song Title. Its A Simple Search & Easy Download. I Am Very Pleased With The Last Update, Now The App No Longer Crashes. Thanks!
Some bad moments
I followed the steps and when i got to synching the tones, a notification popped up and told me it would remove all my songs, videos, etc. DONT DOWNLOAD.
Crashed my phone while installing. Constant pop-ups for upgrade. Every search I try buffers/searches forever til I give up and try something else. Dont waste your time or money! HORRIBLE!!!!
My complaints:
1. Crashes frequently. Very frequently.
2. They try to get your touch ID for a purchase without showing the purchase amount.
3. Often cant connect to server but, for an unknown price, you can upgrade to the pro version which promises 4x faster connection.
This app should be deleted from appstore because it doen not carry out what it promises. You show as if we can use the downloaded and converted ringtones as ringtones via this app but it isnt like that. If we need the help of itunes, then why i should waste time with this app!!!
Its a really cool app I love it I cant wait for the update Im never going to delete it
